The community centre is owned by Southwark Council and run by the Rockingham Tenants and Residents Association. Hire charges contribute to the running costs of the hall as well as subsidising things like classes for local residents.

All bookings are subject to an additional £30 management fee. There is also a £200 deposit, which is refundable after the event if the conditions of the hire agreement are met.
The residents discount is strictly only available to residents of the Rockingham Estate, and ID and proof of address is required. The hirer must be person who attends the handover and is required to be on site throughout the booking.
Please note that for bookings for young people (aged 14-21) we do require that additionally security is hired for the event.
