The community centre is owned by Southwark Council and run by the Rockingham Tenants and Residents Association. Hire charges contribute to the running costs of the hall as well as subsidising things like classes for local residents.

PRICE LIST

All bookings are subject to an additional £30 management fee. There is also a £200 deposit, which is refundable after the event if the conditions of the hire agreement are met.

Please be aware that the heating is currently quite limited so the hall can be cold in winter time.

Please note that for bookings for young people (aged 14-21) we do require that additionally security is hired for the event.
