Rockingham TRA

The Rockingham Estate is a vibrant and diverse redbrick estate in SE1 close to Elephant and Castle with over 950 households.
We have an active Tenants and Residents Association, which runs the community centre and manages the allotments and green spaces as well as advocating for fellow residents. Find out more at: https://rockinghamtra.org/tra/
We love enthusiasm! If you are a Rockingham Estate resident and would like to get involved; whether that’s organising an activity at the community centre or volunteering in the garden, share your ideas and send us an email at: info@rockinghamtra.org

Last year the estate celebrated its 90th birthday. We had a festival!

There are a variety of

classes and activities

for residents, see the ‘Classes’ page for more info on how to join in! We also host events that all residents are welcome to join. The commmunity centre is also available to hire. See the ‘Hire’ page for more information.
